This Delivery and Returns Policy explains what you can expect once you place an order, helping ensure everything feels clear, reassuring, and gently handled from start to finish.

Delivery

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Many Angelic Feathers pieces are handmade or bespoke, created especially for you.

Because of this:

·       Production times vary depending on the item ordered

·       Estimated timescales are provided at the time of purchase

·       Timescales are estimates, not guarantees

If there are any significant delays, you will always be contacted and kept informed.

Dispatch

Once your item is complete and ready to leave our studio:

·       You will receive a dispatch notification

·       Orders are sent using trusted postal or courier services

·       Where available, tracking details will be provided

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, wrapped in warmth and care.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.

Please note:

·       Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier

·       Angelic Feathers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

Risk passes to you once the item has been dispatched.

International Orders

International delivery times may vary and may be subject to customs processing.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Because of the nature of our work, returns are handled with care and fairness, in line with UK consumer law.

Bespoke & Personalised Items

Items that are:

·       Made to order

·       Personalised

·       Created from your own fabrics or clothing

are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun.

This is because these pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Sending Us Keepsake Materials

When sending clothing or fabrics for memory quilts or keepsakes:

·       Please use a tracked and insured postal service

·       Angelic Feathers cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us

·       Cutting and sewing is permanent and irreversible

Every effort is made to treat your precious items with the utmost respect and care.

Non-Personalised Items

If your item is not personalised, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be unused and in its original condition

·       You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

·       Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely returned and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

·       A description of the issue

·       Clear photographs where possible

Where appropriate, we will offer:

·       A replacement
