Handmade & Bespoke Nature of Our Work

All Angelic Feathers items are handmade with love. Many of our products are bespoke or personalised, created especially for you.

Because of this:

·       Each piece is unique

·       Natural fabrics and handmade processes may result in small variations

·       These variations are part of the beauty and character of handcrafted work

Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through our website:

·       You confirm that all information provided is accurate

·       You agree to these Terms and Conditions

·       An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it via email

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

·       Required information is missing

·       Payment is not received

·       A request falls outside what we can reasonably create

Personalised & Keepsake Items

For keepsake items made from your own fabrics or clothing:

·       You confirm that you have the right to send these materials to us

·       You understand that cutting and sewing is permanent and irreversible

·       Once work has begun, items cannot be returned or refunded

While every care is taken, Angelic Feathers cannot be held responsible for:

·       Fabric deterioration due to age, wear, or washing history

·       Items lost or damaged in transit when being sent to us

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage when sending keepsake materials.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices include the time, skill, and craftsmanship involved in creating your item.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout will always be honoured for your order.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders will not be started until payment has cleared.

Production Times

As each piece is handmade, production times vary.

·       Estimated timescales are provided at the time of ordering

·       These are estimates, not guarantees

·       Delays may occur during busy periods or due to material availability

If there is any significant delay, you will always be kept informed.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Angelic Feathers is not responsible for delays caused by:

·       Postal or courier services

·       Customs (for international orders)

·       Circumstances beyond our control

Risk passes to you once the item has been dispatched.

Cancellations & Refunds

Bespoke & Personalised Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or bespoke items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once work has begun.

Non-Personalised Items

If an item is not personalised:

·       You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your item

·       The item must be unused and returned in its original condition

·       Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details.

Where appropriate, we will:

·       Repair the item

·       Replace the item

·       Offer a refund, in line with your consumer rights

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Care Instructions

Care instructions are provided with your item where appropriate.

Angelic Feathers cannot be held responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care guidance.
